Description

Think about all those bee hours next time you stir a little honey into your tea or porridge. In search of nectar used for honey making, industrious honey bees pollinate numerous fruit and vegetables such as blueberries, avocadoes, almonds, tomatoes, zuchinni, cranberries, sunflowers and herbs. Joza Hart originates from Slovenia and has been producing honey from Lilydale for many years. He keeps portable bee hives across Victoria allowing him to offer a wide variety of honeys from Orange Blossom to Ironbark, Redgum and Yellowbox. His hives can be found in places such as  Bendigo, Avoca & Horsham. Jozas honey is not heat treated (many honeys are to stop crystalisation). Fresh honeycomb is available in convenient take home packs and creamed honey (fine honey whipped to obtain a creamy consistency) is also available. Choose from 500g , 1kg and 3kg packs in all varieties.

Some of the varieties on offer (all Victorian) include Orange blossom, Ironbark, Redgum, Leatherwood, Stringbark, Yellowbox. New Zealand Manuka Honey and Tasmanian Leatherwood, Fresh honeycomb, creamed honey and beeswax also available.
