SIX months ago, Riselle and Brian Woodford (pictured) moved into the redeveloped market and from their family-run stall sell traditional Singapore satay, made using a ''secret'' family recipe. You can order a skewer and sauce (plain or spicy) to snack on while shopping but the take-home packs are good value. The chicken and beef skewers come in a range of marinades: honey, soy and lemongrass; tandoori; and sweet chilli and basil. Gluten-free options are available, as are packs of ketupat (rice cakes), and all the food is made on the premises. Orders for catering are welcome.
