William Wallace is an engineer by trade and specialises in Asian fruit and vegetables. You will find the exotic and unusual at William's stall, from Banana flowers, Jackfruit and several varieties of eggplant. All produce is sourced locally from Pakenham or from the Geelong region. Delicious variety of Asian greens, fresh herbs, kaffir lime leaves, chillies, boiled peanuts and lemongrass for stir fries and curries.
